MISSION & VISION
Giving the Unexpected, INC is located in Weston, FL and registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide unexpected opportunities of individual and family development to the residents of the Dominican Republic, as well as to residents in the South Florida area. Our vision, as a globally minded team, is to implement and carry out poverty reduction programs and international aid to the people who need them most. Join us as we restore hope and opportunity to the deprived and downtrodden. .
OUR INSPIRATION
In April of 2012, after their first trip to the Dominican Republic in 27 years, our founders saw the current conditions of their country of origin. Since then, we have focused our efforts on helping others. Many of our founding members hail from the Dominican Republic, or come from orphaned families. As such, we take a highly personal stance in alleviating poverty.
